When you have a new computer, turn it on, 30 sec later, you already can do your work with your computer. Nevertheless, it seems, day by day, your computer is getting slower and slower, just to restart. I will show you how to make your computer restart faster.

Steps

Step one

You need to remove the prefetch cache.

Open My Computer >Open Local disk (c: )>Open Windows>Open Prefetch Folder>Delete all the files

Step Two

Start>run and type "regedit":

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management\PrefetchParameters

Under this key you should see a value named: EnablePrefetcher

Set it to 2

Step Three

Defrag your hard drive and installing appropriate adwares/spywares protection softwares.

Step Four

Go to Start>run , type "msconfig". Go to Startup and uncheck unnecessary application.
